9 consigli per combattere lo “stress da rientro”

Le vacanze estive stanno finendo, ma già prima delle ferie 1 italiano su 5 (21%) era preoccupato per il rientro, ma ora che agosto è quasi finito “1 su 3 (32%) si scopre più stressato di prima”.

A dirlo è uno studio online di In a Bottle (www.inabottle.it).

Tra gli aspetti più temuti il ritorno alla routine (63%), le ansie sul lavoro (57%) e i colleghi (49%).

“Lo stress – spiega Giandomenico Bagatin, psicoterapeuta – è dovuto a frustrazione. Le vacanze possono essere piacevoli ma se si torna a una vita insoddisfacente, si rischia di essere più stressati di prima”. Gli eccessi della vacanza mettono alla prova anche la salute: “Spesso – dice Luca Piretta, specialista in Scienze della Nutrizione – ci sono sregolatezza di orari, abuso di alcolici, e a volte sport estremi fatti senza preparazione. Il recupero comincia dalla colazione, dato che saltarla riduce capacità di concentrazione e rendimento fisico. Conta anche bere acque ricche di minerali, per recuperare i sali persi durante l’estate”.

La dottoressa Serena Missori, endocrinologa e nutrizionista, autrice del libro “La dieta dei biotipi”, in collaborazione con Consulcesi Club, spiega quali possono essere i 9 trucchi per sconfiggere lo stress da rientro dalle ferie.

Utilizzare acqua fredda sui polsi e poi sul viso per svegliarsi velocemente.
Bere un bicchiere d’acqua con succo di limone appena svegli, utile per alcalinizzare il corpo e dare energia.
Muoversi: bastano anche un paio di minuti di yoga o di saltelli.
Iniziare la giornata immaginando il risultato finale che si vuole raggiungere, è utile anche scriverlo.
Evitare di utilizzare il telefono in bagno per risparmiare tempo.
Impostare la colazione e il pranzo la sera prima, preparando già la tavola per la colazione. Preferire frullati preparando gli ingredienti secchi nel frullatore la sera prima e aggiungendo il liquido poco prima della colazione.
La sera mettere gli eventuali snack direttamente nella borsa.
Iniziare la giornata con un “grazie” e un “buongiorno”, predisporrà la mente alla soluzione dei problemi.
Non respirare velocemente e in modo superficiale, aumenta lo stato di ansia e preoccupazione.
