Insomma 4 o 5 porzioni di frutta e verdura al giorno non dovrebbe mai mancare.

Dove troviamo i polifenoli? Facile reperire prugne, ciliegie, fragole, mele, nocciole, lampone, castagne, spinaci, more, tè verde e nero. Divertiamoci a creare centrifughe creando abbinamenti a seconda dei gusti, inserendo carote, pesche, menta, limone; ricaveremo cariche energetiche utili a migliorare le performance, donando benessere a tutto l’organismo.
